“Spaceman” is an upcoming American science fiction drama film directed by Johan Renck and written by Colby Day, based on the 2017 novel “Spaceman of Bohemia” by Jaroslav Kalfa. The film stars Adam Sandler, Paul Dano, Carey Mulligan, Kunal Nayyar, and Isabella Rossellini. It is set to premiere at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival in February 2024 and will be released on Netflix on March 1, 2024. The story follows Jakub Procházka, who is orphaned as a boy and raised in the Czech countryside by his grandparents, as he overcomes his odds to become the country’s first astronaut.
